Ladd’s Landing Marina, also known as Tudhope Sailing Center, has been serving the Champlain Islands boating community for more than 40 years.  Under the stewardship of Doug Tudhope, Rick & Kim Suprenant, and, since April 2007, Dan & Emily Clark, the marina has grown to provide services summer and winter for more than 150 sail and power boats.  The docks are open for the season from May 15th to October 1st, weather permitting.

LADD'S LANDING MARINA is a full service marina, offering:

• complete boat services
• gas/diesel at the fuel dock (NON ETHANOL Super gas, 91.7 octane)
• transient and seasonal slips for boats to 42’
• valet service for boats to 25’ on their own trailer
• ​rental boats  - sailboats, small motorboats, kayaks & canoes, rowing boats
• ship’s store - parts & accessories, snacks and light provisions, beverages, packaged beer/wine, sundries
• bathhouse & laundry facilities
• lakeview “Rumpus Room” - gym equipment, flat screen tv, comfy chairs, WIFI
• beautiful lakefront grounds for picnic-ing and strolling with Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, gas grills

The docks are open for the season from May 15 to October 1, weather permitting.   Fuel dock and ship’s store are open daily during the season from 8am to 6pm.  Our ship’s store stocks many boat parts & accessories, including marine batteries, as well as beverages, beer/wine, ice, and other essentials.  Special order parts are available from our marine suppliers, generally for free next day delivery.

Complete boat services include:

• winterization and commissioning
• engine repair and servicing
• powerboat servicing thru NORTHLAND BOAT SHOP, our sister company, in our boatyard or in North Hero at the boat shop.  Northland is a Mercury sales, service and parts dealer. In addition, Northland is a stocking Shoremaster Dock & Boat Lift dealer - stop into the showroom to see these premier aluminum docks.
