SERVICES AT LADD’S LANDING MARINA

SEASONAL & TRANSIENT SLIPS

Ladd’s Landing Marina has 100 seasonal slips for boats up to 42’ with beam to 14’.  Power and water is available at the docks, as is WIFI.  Transient slips are often available, particularly on weekends (6-8 on average throughout the season).

2009 SEASONAL SLIP RATES*

Boats to 21’ = $1200 minimum fee

Boats >21’ to 29’ = $58/ft LOA

Boats 30’ and over = $61/ft LOA

Beam charge for beam >8’ = excess beam feet added to LOA

Shore power = $250 for season

Trickle charge battery only = $100 for season

*DISCOUNT FOR YEAR-ROUND CUSTOMERS:  Year-round customers (slip & storage) save $4/ft on slip rate

2009 TRANSIENT SLIP RATES

Transient slip = $1.50/ft LOA per night (no minimum)

Transient slip for 3+ weeks (if available) = $1/ft LOA per night

VALET SERVICE - NEW IN 2009

As an alternative to a seasonal slip, customers with a boat up to 22’ on its own serviceable trailer may elect Valet Service.  With at least 4 hours notice, LLM will launch a Valet customer’s boat and have it waiting at the dock.  At the end of the day, LLM will haul the customer’s boat and store it in the boatyard.

The Valet rates (including boat and trailer storage in the boatyard for the summer season) for 2009 are:

    $600 for 6 launch & hauls

    $800 for 10 launch & hauls

    $1200 for unlimited launch & hauls

Valet rates for boats over 22’ (on trailers) are available by quote.

STORAGE & WINTER SERVICES

Ladd’s Landing Marina provides off-season storage and winter services for slip customers as well as for a number of customers who keep their boats elsewhere during the summer.  Storage rates for winter 2008-2009:

    Boats up to 29’, with LLM haul & launch = $24/ft*

    Boats 30’ & up, with LLM haul & launch = $26/ft*

    *includes any boat hauled/launched with LLM hydraulic trailer,

      forklift or crane

    Boats up to 20’, no haul/launch = $15/ft

    Boats 21’ & up, no haul/launch = $18/ft

    Tractor haul to customer trailer = $35

Available winter services include bottom-washing, engine and system winterization, mast un-stepping, shrink-wrapping, and general repair, maintenance, and installation services.  Please contact the marina for pricing details.

HAUL/LAUNCH & TRANSPORT

Haul and launch services are available, including:

    Self-launch at LLM ramp = $20 (includes 1 day parking)

    LLM tractor launch, owner’s trailer = $35

    LLM hydraulic trailer or marine forklift launch = $5/ft

Standard transport rate for LLM truck, man, hydraulic trailer is $90/hr including time in/out plus $0.75 per mile.

REPAIR & SERVICE

Ladd’s Landing Marina offers complete year-round boat repair and service, in mild weather at the dock or in the boatyard and in winter inside our 2000 sqft heated on-site repair shop.  In addition, John M. Hammond Boat Repair is located on-site, providing first-class paint, gelcoat, fiberglass, and repair work.

Our ship’s store stocks a wide assortment of boating supplies, hardware, parts, & accessories.  Special orders, generally for free next-weekday in-store delivery, are available through our marine supply wholesalers.

MOORING & DOCK SERVICES

Ladd’s Landing installs & services moorings for customers in the northern part of the lake and the inland sea.  Ladd’s Landing also builds, installs, and repairs residential and commercial docks and floats, as well as breakwaters and retaining walls. We carry a variety of mooring tackle and can make-up custom length mooring lines with thimbles, snaps and loops.
